Senior Network Engineer needed for a PERMANENT Full time position in a large and growing multi-data center environment working for a $4 billion dollar services company with a large footprint in the Triangle area of North Carolina. These very high bandwidth data centers support the IT infrastructure of many external customers and includes an unusually wide range of technologies.  Internal [promotions ad continued growth has created this opportunity for you to get into CLOUD Computing for a major company.  The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for providing third tier support of a variety of networking and security technologies.  This role also works with customers throughout the implementation process to fulfil network and security solutions that meet specified requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational support of the core network infrastructure.
• Offer design recommendations for improving core network performance and efficiency.

• Suggest future products as well as offer enhancements for existing products.

Under minimal supervision, this position collects and analyzes data for client programs. The position operates as a leader and mentor for stats model construction, modelling variable qualification processes, data validation, and predictive modelling techniques. This position defines and generates marketing models, prepares and presents findings to management. This position participates in the design and maintenance of marketing databases, data integrity and reporting systems. This position is also responsible for development and maintenance of SAS & KXEN modelling environments. This position works directly with client support to provide analysis, creative feedback and recommendations relating to sales, operations or marketing activities. This position provides technical and analytical leadership to incumbents in the role of Marketing Database Analyst I and Marketing Database Analyst II.
